At Wattle + Lee Creative Co. we are committed to providing you with beautiful, handcrafted jewellery that you'll love. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You may return your items to us for the following reasons:
- If the item is faulty, in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the fault we may either repair the item, replace it, or provide a refund.
- For change of mind; with the exception of items listed below under “Items not Eligible for Returns”.
Due to the nature of handcrafted jewellery, there will inevitably be small imperfections such as, but not limited to: small fibres, indents or slight prints. We do our best to minimise these very small imperfections as much as possible during the finishing process. We hold our handcrafting skills to a very high standard and only send out pieces that meet these standards. Small imperfection such as these are to be expected with handcrafted pieces and are what makes them unique.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:
Items Eligible for Returns: You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery for the following items:
- Items that are faulty on arrival
- Incorrect items received
- Items with defects or that are faulty through reasonable normal use. Wattle + Lee Creative Co. reserves the right to deny replacement or refund for items that appear faulty through improper or rough use.
Items Not Eligible for Returns: We cannot accept returns for:
- Custom-made or personalised jewellery (unless they arrive faulty)
- Items that show signs of wear or use
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty)
- Items damaged during shipping. Wattle + Lee Creative Co. is not responsible for the loss or damage of items which has occurred during the shipping process. All packages are securely boxed prior to shipping in order to keep the items safe.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund Request:
Contact Us: To initiate a return or request a refund, please contact us at wattleandlee@gmail.com. Please provide your order number and a description of the issue. Clear photographs of any damage or defects will also be required.
Return Authorisation: Once your request is received, we will assess your request and provide you with a return authorisation, if applicable. Please do not send items back to us without prior authorisation.

Return Procedure:
Return Packaging: If your return is authorised, package the item securely in the original packaging or in a similar manner to prevent damage during transit.
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a product defect. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

Inspection and Refund Process:
Item Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
Refund or Replacement: If the item is eligible for a refund, we will process your refund within 10 business days of receiving your returned parcel, using the original payment method. If the item is eligible for replacement, we will send you a new item as soon as possible.

Cancelling an Order:
Order Cancellation: You may cancel an order, provided it has not already been shipped. Please contact us immediately to request a cancellation.

Additional Information:
Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete information when making a purchase. Any issues arising from incorrect information provided are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Custom Orders: We take great care to ensure that custom orders are created to your specifications. As such, please double-check all custom order details before finalising your purchase.
